To provide you with better service please review the following:
- Emergency Maintenance Requests - leave your request on voice mail at (214) 899-0217 and our on-call staff will return your call immediately.
- Non-emergency Service Requests - use the Work Order Request form and send any of the following three options.
- Message Boxes: - see message boxes at bottom entitled "Notice to Resident" and "Notice to Vendor". Please follow the directions for better service.
- Written Service Requests
- Provide authorization to enter your residence if necessary
- Eliminates miscommunication regarding what was requested or date of the request
- Facilitates accountability

This work order has been sent to the above named vendor to address your request. If you do not hear from the vendor call them directly to schedule service. Please report to us if vendor fails to timely address your request.

- Call resident immediately to schedule requested service.
- Attach completed work order to invoice with resident’s signature if available.
- Leave written explanation of completed work. If any unfinished work leave details for completion.
