Maintenance Reference Guide

When maintenance issues arise, it is important to determine if the issue should be resolved by the resident or if Caballero Holdings, Ltd. should be notified to resolve the issue. In order to streamline the process, we have developed a reference table for identifying resident responsibilities versus responsibilities of the owner.

If the maintenance issue is listed under Caballero Holdings, Ltd. please submit a maintenance request – requests can be submitted 24 hrs a day through the website. Maintenance issues which are the result of resident neglect are subject to expense charge back in order to resolve the issue.
