If you are considering a property for lease, the following are the guidelines for you to be approved for move in:
- There is a $30 non-refundable application fee for each person 18 years and older who will reside at the property. This fee is payment for the processing of a credit and criminal background check. The fee must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check and must be made payable to Caballero Holdings, Ltd.
- Each applicant 18 years and older must complete and sign the Residential Lease Application.
- There is a security deposit in the amount of one months rent due at lease signing. The funds must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check.
- If you own a pet, an additional deposit of $300 per pet will be due at lease signing.
- Total combined monthly income should be 3 to 3.5 times the monthly rent.
- You must be able to show a minimum of 6 months acceptable rental history or mortgage payments.
- Felonies and crimes against persons are automatic denials.
- The first month’s rent is due in the form of a money order or cashiers check, payable to Caballero Holdings, Ltd.
- Copies of check stubs of your current employment are required for income verification.
