If you are considering a property for lease, the following are the guidelines for you to be approved for move in:
There is a $45 non-refundable application fee for each person 18 years and older who will reside at the property. This fee is payment for the processing of a credit and criminal background check. The fee must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check and must be made payable to Caballero Holdings, Ltd.
Each applicant 18 years and older must complete and sign the Residential Lease Application.
There is a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent due once your application has been approved. The funds must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.
If you own a pet, an additional deposit of $300 per pet will be due at lease signing.
Total combined monthly income should be 3 to 3.5 times the monthly rent.
You must be able to show a minimum of 6 months acceptable rental history or mortgage payments.
Felonies and crimes against persons are automatic denials. Evictions are an automatic rejection unless 2 years of current good rental history has been developed.
Copies of check stubs of your current employment are required for income verification.
The first month’s rent and/or move in monies is due in the form of a money order or cashier’s check payable to Caballero Holdings, Ltd.
